3. Lawful Basis for Processing Your Data
The processing of your data for the primary purpose is legitimised based on the contractual relationship established between the parties, and for the additional purpose, on the consent you have provided using the contact forms provided by ALLDENT for this purpose. For this, you must have provided us with the required data in the mandatory fields, i.e., your identification and contact details, without which we will not be able to manage your request.

You have the right to access all personal data held by ALLDENT, as well as to request its modification or erasure.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
You may object to the processing of your personal data, in which case ALLDENT will cease to process your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
You may request the portability of your personal data, in which case we will send you the personal data held in our databases by email to the address you provide in your request, in text format, legible and adaptable to the needs of any other data controller, or we will proceed with its transmission to the new data controller in the same format, to the email address you indicate in your request.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling.
You may also withdraw or revoke any consents you have expressly given, by indicating this in your request.
The rights of data subjects may be exercised directly by the data subject, by providing a photocopy of their National Identity Document (DNI) or equivalent document to prove their identity, or through legal or voluntary representation, in which case, in addition to a photocopy of the data subject’s DNI or equivalent document, the authentic document proving the third party’s representation must be provided along with a photocopy of their DNI or equivalent document.
